Together with our team, which has been expert in steam processes for more than 10 years, we offer domestically produced innovative solutions to our factories. We have designed and produced venturi steam traps for the first time in Turkey with the Steamblock brand. In addition, we create domestic alternatives for businesses with locally produced proportional and on-off control valves.

STEAMBLOCK VENTURI STEAM TRAPPING WHY?

Float, thermodynamic, thermostatic or reverse bucket traps are used as standard  in almost all companies using steam in Turkey and the world market. The Venturi steam trap is currently provided and implemented by a few manufacturers mostly in the American and European markets. This type of traps, which are becoming more and more widespread, do not contain any moving parts due to their design and working principle, thus minimizing the energy consumption caused by trap leaks as well as working for many years without requiring maintenance.
